Privacy Policy

DWThreads ("the app") lets you connect your Threads account to publish posts and view your recent posts. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Data we collect
When you connect your Threads account, we receive and store:
- Your Threads user ID, username, display name and profile picture URL.
- An access token issued by Meta that lets the app act on your behalf within the permissions you approved.
Content you write in the app (post text and image URLs) is sent to Threads when you press Publish. We do not keep a copy of it. Your recent posts are fetched from Threads each time you open the dashboard and are not stored.
How we use it
- To show your profile and recent posts inside the app.
- To publish posts to your Threads account, only when you ask the app to.
- To keep your connection active by refreshing your access token before it expires.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except with Meta (to call the Threads API) and Cloudflare (which hosts the app and stores its data).
Storage and retention
Data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. It is kept while your account is connected and deleted when you disconnect, remove the app from your Threads settings, or ask us to delete it. Login sessions expire after 30 days.
Your choices and deletion
You can delete your data at any time. See the Data Deletion page for how.
