Data Deletion

You can delete all data DWThreads stores about you in any of these ways:

1. In the app: sign in, then press Disconnect & delete my data at the bottom of the dashboard. Deletion is immediate.
2. From Threads: open your Threads account settings, find the apps and websites connected to your account, and remove DWThreads. Meta notifies us and we delete your data automatically.
3. By email: write to hello@meta.dwys.io with your Threads username. We delete your data within 30 days.

Deletion removes your Threads user ID, username, name, profile picture URL and access token from our storage. Posts you already published stay on Threads. Delete them in the Threads app if you want them gone.
